This is an ode to my love of onions featuring caramelized onion infused ricotta gnocchi swimming in the most decadent cheesy Gruyère Parmesan caramelized onion sauce with a hint of Dijon and Worcestershire to cut the fattiness. This dish is topped with crispy shallots and parsley. I ate a lot of this sauce with a spoon while taking these photos and I will warn you, it’s super rich. Comes with cheesy focaccia!
